The launched twin-screw, self-drying, degassing PET sheet production line features low energy consumption, simple processes, and convenient equipment use and maintenance. Its unique screw combination structure minimizes the viscosity reduction of PET resin. The symmetrical thin-walled roller design improves cooling efficiency, increases production capacity, and enhances sheet quality. The multi-component feeding device allows for reasonable control of the proportions of new materials, recycled materials, and color masterbatches. The produced sheets can be used in thermoforming, printing, and packaging.
